What is FlexiQ?
FlexiQ is a complete IP Call Centre Solution which allows users to focus on customer needs using FlexiQ as a unified conduit to business data. Our solutions offer the flexibility and scalability to suit any call centre needs. As a software-based solution, FlexiQ is ideal for any size of contact centre ranging from 5 users upwards. With an easy to use and intuitive interface coupled with simple integration, the FlexiQ system can be implemented quickly with minimal training.

What is VoIP?
IP telephony is the technology of transmitting voice and fax over data networks using the Internet Protocol (IP). This technology offers new capabilities and enormous cost savings by taking advantage of the intelligence and more efficient use of the network. What is a softswitch?
This is a software application that performs the roll of the the traditional TDM switch and more.

How can I integrate my existing back office system into FlexiQ?
Four methods can be used to integrate; a webservice, ODBC, CGI (ASP, asp.Net etc) or access via a FlexiQ assembly.

How many agents can FlexiQ support?
This greatly depends on your switch capacity, but up to 500.

How many channels can FlexiQ support?
Unlimited.

Can FlexiQ have more than one music on hold?
Yes, unlimited.

Can FlexiQ provide resilience?
Both at application and switch level.

What reports can be produced and in what format?
